Originally built from local stone and Cob (a clay, horse hair, small stone mix) the existing miller's cottage and adjoining mill was extended in 1997 to convert a former shippen (cows house) into what is now the kitchen and bedroom above.
There are three bedrooms, including the galleried master double bedroom which leads to the sun deck outside, the other bedrooms are a twin bedded and double bedded room. The lounge and dining room have woodburning stoves and colour TVs and video. The kitchen is fully equipped with automatic washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oil fired Rayburn and many other useful extras
