A delightfully restored mill available as a holiday home

The views out over the surrounding countryside give the guest a real feeling of being in the heart of the countryside. For those of you who like to be away from it all, this is the place.

Upstairs

The new Landing leads to Bedroom 2, a twin. This used to be the old master bedroom and apart from the door being moved and the addition of a storage heater it’s unchanged. You can see the old and new floor boards. All visible beams in this room are original 16th century.

  • The landing
  • Rustic brickwork and traditional decor

Back out onto the landing, and into the new bathroom. Not featured in the original property as considered to be an optional extra, the shed outside the kitchen window sufficed !! Airing cupboard, shower over bath and heated towel rail etc. Hot water is from the rayburn, whoops forgot to mention that when we were in the kitchen.

  • View from the bedroom
  • Just fields, hedges and trees for as far as the eye can see.

Lets move on and have a look at the bedrooms.
